A long time ago in the early 1770s, my ancestor left the comfort of his home town to travel part way around the world to explore, discover and share the boon of his adventure.

It is in this spirit, that we, my brother and I, write this blogg. The wonders of the world are numerous. Experiencing any one of them is a singular, zeinith experience to be treasured.

Grand Canyon 2020 is our destination!

I am Pj, a father, son, brother, a collection of conscious star-dust, seeking purpose, pursuing life, liberty and yes that elusive nectur of the fruit, happiness!

And I am Kj! Just a regular guy striving to do extraordinary activities in this thing we call life. I am a lover of nature, family, friends, and the journey to find my best self.

Last time to the canyon in 2017, one of our party almost died. He had to be rescued on the trail by the rangers, medically treated, and yes hike himself back out. This is not a hike for beginners.

This time will be different. Wisdom from experience has taught respect for nature, heat, distance, and human limitations. Fear not! There is Glory to be had. Phantom Ranch has hearty stew and the tributaries of the Colorado River at the base of the Canyon will wash the wiery.
